Send an email after creating a user in O365

Hello all,

Is there any way to send an automatic email to a user after its creation in O365? Let me explain briefly:

We currently have a form to create an IT ticket for a new user with their basic information such as name, personal email, job title, supervisor, etc. When I receive this, I set up the new user in O365, then send a welcome email to the new user with their credentials via Outlook.

I would like to automate the last part, sending an automatic welcome email with the credentials to the new user's personal email but I can't get it.

Thanks in advance.

What have you tried so far? Otherwise, this may seem obvious, I would suggest using the Send E-mail (V2) action and populate the to field with the user's personal e-mail address. I assume you know what it is in order to automate the process. If not, how were you thinking of getting the user's personal e-mail address? You do say you have it as part of the ticket that was created.

    Hi,

One easy way to do this is add an approval queue where you are the approver - think of this as more of an assigned task and less of an approval.  So when a new form response is submitted, you get the approval request (aka task to create), you do the work then in your approval, comment with the details of the new user email and other details, and simply Approve.

This will send the email directly to the submitter with the new user details information you provider in the approval comments.  There are other ways but this is the easiest/faster path to complete.
