I have created a Team Flow which includes an approval and have 4 owners, including myself. I see all of the cards for the sent requests for approvals within Flow but the other owners are unable to see any of these sent items. How can I have sent items visible to all owners of the flow so these individuals can determine who has not yet sent their Approve/Reject for an approval request?
Thanks,
Lori
I want these approvals to show up in the Sent Request tab of the other Flow Owners so that any of the owners of the flow have visibility to the outstanding approvals. These approvals are sent to 4-6 different approvers and some of those approvers may reassign them to others to approve. So visibilty to the outstanding requests is important.
Hi @LRVinNC,
Do you want these approval request cards to be shown up within the Sent Request tab of other approvers's Approval Center?
Do you share this approval flow with other users?
If there are some approval requests sent by you using the "Start an approval" action, these approval requests would be shown up within the Sent requests tab of the Approval Center of your Microsoft Flow. The sender of these Approval requests (sent via the "Start an approval" action) is based on the current login account of Microsoft Flow, in other words, if user A sent an approval request within his Microsoft Flow, the sender of the approval request would be user A, if user B sent an approval request within his Microsoft Flow, the sender of the approval request would be user B.
Although you shared this approval flow with other users, if you run this Approval flow within your own Microsoft Flow, the sender of this approval request would be yourself and this approval request would only be shown up within the Sent requests tab of your Microsoft Flow's Approval center rather than others'.
Except that other users run this approval flow within their own Microsoft Flow, if you want the Approval request sent by you to be shown up within the Sent requests tab of the Approval Center of other users' Microsoft Flow, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.
Best regards,
Kris
Are their different approvers for all of the approval requests? If not, are you the approver?
