Hi there,
I've tried to setup a MS Flow and since data security has evolve recently (RGPD), I wonder if that why I got this message when trying to save my Flow :
Your flow was created, but it is currently suspended since it uses a combination of services that conflict with the company data loss prevention policies.
Anyway, I've been following the steps here to create a specific environnement, create a Data Policy and previously subscribe a P2 licence.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/prevent-data-loss
By registering step by step my Flow it works until I tried to add a new action involving a MSDyn365FO connexion on my flow. I got the previous error message.
I've add all of the connectors in the Data Policy to be sure, but anyway, still stuck.
Have you guys any idea on where/what I'm missing to declare the MSDyn365FO connexion in the admin flow center or somewhere else ?
Thanks
Yohann
Hi @Yohann,
Could you please share a bit more about the Data Loss Prevention policy that you created within your Flow Environment?
Do you add the "Dynamics 365 For Operation" connector within the Business data only group of your Data Loss Prevention policy?
I think this issue is related to the Data Loss Prevention policy created within your Flow Environment. The Data Loss Prevention policy is used to ensure that data is managed in a uniform manner across the organization and prevent important business data from being accidentally published to connectors such as social media sites.
I suppose that you add the "Dynamics 365 For Operation" connector within the Business data only group of your Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy, is it true?
If you add the "Dynamics 365 For Operation" connector within the Business data only group of your DLP policy, you could not share your Dynamics 365 For Operation business data with other services listed within the No business data allowed group.
For example, if you don't want to share your Dynamics 365 For Operation business data with SharePoint service, you should add the Dynamics 365 For Operation service into Business data only group, then add the SharePoint service into No business data allowed group. Assuming you've created the DLP policy outlined above, if you create a flow that shares data between Dynamics 365 For Operation service (which is in Business data only group) and SharePoint service (which is in No business data allowed group), the error would show up as you mentioned.
Please take a try to remove the Dynamics 365 For Operation service from the Business data only group, then try your flow again to check if the issue is solved.
More details about removing service from Data group, please check the following article:
