How to add document link in an email message with Power Automate Dynamic content

The syntax for this is not working as stated in the document below. Unable to add the href= in the message for it to read as an HTML link. The email doesn't show the hyperlink.

    Hi @pickfair ,

     

    Could you please show your Flow?
    In my tests I was able to put the link to the document in the <a> tag and it was rendered as a hyperlink in the email.
