Trying to build a flow for a FORMs response to automatically update an Excel Spreadsheet which has data in

I am new to designing Flows. 

 

I have a large Excel spreadsheet which i want to be automatically updated with the FORM response every time a new response is submitted. 

 

Can anyone help me with some examples. Ideally looking to use Onedrive Business as opposed to Sharepoint.

    You will need to link the form response to a row in your Excel table. So you'll need to have a question in the form that asks for their email address (unless they are in your organisation as it then know who the are). Then you'd use the list rows present in a tablwe action with a filter query for the email address. Then you'd update a row.

    Tried that and i got a failed template.

     

    I'll try explain my intentions better.

     

    Currently i have an Excel Spreadsheet which i update by manually exporting the FORMs responses and copy and pasting them in... I am wanting to create a Flow which does this for me automatically.  Every Q the FORM asks is a mirror copy of the columns within my Excel Spreadsheet.
