Need help to combine two sharepoint lists in 1 gallery

Hi all,

I was working on assignment in which i got stuck in one step, I want to display tasks assigned to project in gallery for that I created on e dropdown which is of Project Names but having different data source which is "Project Details" 

I want to display particular task assigned to each project which is selected from dropdown.

    In my opinion, the best way to achieve this is by having a common ID between the lists, so you will be able to make a 1:N or 1:1 relationship, being able to recover the information according to the chosen project.
    This implies that in your Dropdown2, you will have to expose the ID along with the Title column. You can use the ShowColumns function for this.
    So you can get the ID with Dropdown2.Selected.ID.
