Thanks, Microsoft. I'm trying to reach Business Assist, with whom I have a paid subscription. I call your number, you direct me to your website, your website won't let me enter a request because Power Automate is not an option. I call back and, now that you see that you've already referred me to your website, you simply tell me to go to the website and hang up. I can't reach you through your support website and I can't reach you by phone. AWFUL!
