Question about Outlook 365 Connection

Can I use one outlook connection to get all my company staff calendar events?

    HI @Faithz 

     

    If it's a shared calendar yes. You should be able to see all the calendars that you have on your outlook. Just add it and use the "Get calendar view of events (V3)" and select that calendar.

    Thanks for your reply.

    In my case, When my company staff have a new event in outlook calendar, MS Flow can get the calendar detail and save it in our database. Only use one connection

    Can I do this?

    Hey @Faithz 

     

    Sure you can. Here's an example with a Google Calendar but it should work the same way. Add the calendar to your Outlook and then you'll see the calendars:

    Then use the trigger and select the calendar:

    Is it only follow your connection outlook?

    In my knowledge, this just can get your outlook new events detail.

    Can I get other staff event detail, even the event does not invite to me?

    Yes, subscribe to the calendar if you have permissions to it, of course.
