Need help creating flow for training invites

I work in Learning and Development, and I need to create an automated flow that runs every morning. This flow should check an Excel spreadsheet to see which learners are scheduled for sessions that day. The spreadsheet contains the following information for each session:

  • Learner's full name
  • Learner's email address
  • Date scheduled
  • Time scheduled
  • Meeting invite link

We run multiple sessions daily, with different meeting invite links and times. I need the flow to send an email to each learner scheduled for a session on the current day. The email should include the relevant meeting invite link, session time, and any other necessary details I want to include.

Since I have never used Power Automate before, I’m unsure where to start. The flow should:

  • Only email learners who have a session scheduled for the current date.
  • Identify which session the learner is in based on the time and meeting invite link.
  • Send the correct session details to each learner.

Could someone guide me on how to set this up using Power Automate?

Setup your flow to start everyday by using a Scheduled trigger.

Select "List rows present in a table", and configure it to connect to your Excel file and specify the table containing session details.
Within the loop, add the "Send an email".

Thank you for your response. After creating the flow outlined below, I’ve encountered an issue where, despite having different session dates in the Excel file, all participants are receiving emails, and the session date appears as a numerical value (e.g., "45677").

Could you please advise on how to resolve this?
