Creating a basic Flow

Hey all,

New to flow, and trying to build a basic flow while I'm working through some training. I ran into a snag because my flow doesn't appear to do anything, and the flow checker doesn't give me an error. I'm sure its newbie error but can't seem to figure out what I'm missing or doing wrong, can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks so much for your time!!!

    Hi @Anonymous

May I know what is the trigger you are using?

Hi @Anonymous,  clear the field Subject Filter and re-test .

Sorry for the delay, was moved to some other projects that took my time up. Right now I just have it set with "when a new email arrives" as the trigger, I had tried to simplify it thinking maybe I had over thought the flow.

Thanks for the response, still didn't seem to work. So I tried to scale back to just "when a new email arrives" and set that to my inbox, my email address and from the specific email address. Then the next step was "move email (v2)" to my specific folder, though that does nothing either lol.

    Hi @Anonymous

The problem is that in that in the action "move email", for the message ID, you are using the dynamic value "From", it should be the "Message ID".

A tip to improve the flow, note that you are applying the same condition twice, when you select the trigger "when a new email arrives" you are also selecting the "from" so the following condition is not necessary. I think an optimized solution should be look like this.
