How do I Get a Response Time From an Email With Options?

Hello,

I am trying to create a flow that will send an email with options and then save the reply into a SharePoint list. So far I am able to send the email with options and then save the reply into a list, by creating an item, but I am unable to get the time. I added a time column and I would like to know what time a person summited their response. How can I do that?

I'm not sure how exact the time needs to be, but it might be easier just to use UTCNow() in a compose or variable before and after the Approval action. That will record when it was sent and when the reply arrived.

Hi,
You have option to add current time in the flow and call that value directly in the date and time field on SharePoint site.
