Hi!

Is there an any know issue recently regarding the Convert Word Document to PDF? I have a flow working since 2020 and last friday starts to fails, and currently sometimes fails sometimes not.

This is a personal flow and i'm the owner of the document library that the flows needs to access, all of that is ok.

Is anyone is experiencing this issue?

How old are the files you want to convert?

If it is just a few seconds I would suggest to build in a delay of 1 minute or so.

    Hi!

Now it works again. I'll put some delays before. Thanks for the answer

You can try one of the following workarounds: In your Word document, go to File > Print and choose the Microsoft Print to PDF option. Upload your document to OneDrive, open it in Word for the web and then click on File > Save As > Download as PDF.

    Having the same issue.

I had to add a loop "do until" that keeps trying until the document is created:

    - set a boolean to false

    - do until boolean = true

    - keep trying to save

    - using the "configure run after", when it manages to save as pdf set the boolean to true
