SharePoint Form/List using Microsoft flow

I used this tutrial to link the form to the list https://www.knowledgewave.com/blog/connect-a-form-to-a-sharepoint-list-using-microsoft-flow, but when I used 1"as Response ID in the "Get Response Details" I keep getting the entries from the first respone. I did some digging and founf that I must use "List of Response Notifications Id" as response Id, but when I use itm the dynamic contents of the form are affected and the fields from the form no longer appear.

The problem descriebed here https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Using-Flows/Flow-SharePoint-list-and-Forms-Repeat-or-no-entry/m-p/340321/highlight/false#M8363 is the same problem I am facing, you can find attached a picture of the current setup we have.

Hi @STantawi, move the SharePoint create item action inside the Apply to each and you should be fine.
