I modified the flow template Request approval (everyone must approve) for a selected file in my SharePoint library to populate the "Approved By" column with the approver name and update the status to approved so the document publishes to the library, this works fine with one approver. My question is, can I display more than one approver in the "Approved By" column for the document? We have some documents that will need 4-6 approvers, and we need to be able to see that they have all approved the document to be published. I am unsure if the library can display multiple approvers or if I need to feed the information into a separate SharePoint List to track the approval.
You'll need to change the Approved by column to allow for multiple selections. Adding more than one person to a Person or group column is not straight forward - here is a link that explains how.
If you just need to see a list of the approvers, I suggest just using a text column and populating it with the approval summary info rather than using a person or group column.
