Passing a rich text field to a Word template rich text field --- does not work!!!! Where is the Office integration here?
I already upgraded to a premium license just to use the special "Populate Word Template". Is this thing limited to text only?

You can get few Rich Text capabilities like bullet and numbered points, Bold, Italics and highlighting in some cases.
Full capability of the functionality is not possible.
Below is the screenshot of my attempt when I tried Rich-Text functionality
