Image zoom and allow move around from image

Hello All

 

I got a question is it powerapp can set like pdf reader allow using the mouse the move around the image when zoom in or out the image? if can, can possible to share how to set? Also I set the image can using slider to zoom in or out the image, but can possible to set only zoom in or out from some area from image like pdf reader? Big thanks4.jpg5.JPG
