How to limit amount of users displaying from Office365 users in lookup field used in a form.

Hi everyone,

I have a look up field that's pulling all the users in our Orgs Office365. I'd like to limit these users, either a filter by certain names or their team so not all are popping up, in case another user is accidentally notified.

Does anyone know if this is possible or how to implement this?

Hi @melf123 , You can use this on Items property of dropdown/combo box:
Filter(Office365Users.SearchUser({searchTerm: Self.SearchText}),PropertyName)
Property Name:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
