9I have a simple one screen app comprising of a Power BI tile, a button, and a few images. The Power BI tile is on the lowest layer with the other elements sitting over the top.
For some users the button and images don't load but the Power BI tile loads fine (once logged in). I thought it might be caused by layers loading in the wrong order, but after resizing the Power BI tile I could see that the other elements aren't apearing at all.
The button is made visible by a variable set on start, but the images should always appear.
I've had the affected users log out/in, try Firefox, Chrome, Edge and IE, Clear cache etc... no luck.
I think the weirest thing is that it only affects a few users who should be the same as everyone else (another 2000 or so people all working fine!), but I just can't isolate it.
Anyone got any ideas how to work out what's causing the app to not load completely?
