curl: (26) Failed to open/read local data from file/application

Hi All,

I am trying to uplaod a file using RUN DOS Command
Before uploadinga i am renaming the file name in my local then trying to uplaoad but it unable to upload and facing issue:
curl: (26) Failed to open/read local data from file/application
