Hi All,
Hope you all are doing good.

I have a table in power bi with some nearly 3000 records. I need to communicate to the respective users with their respective records in CSV attachmnet.
For that i have created a Run Flow in power Bi with the help of Power Automate. The flow is running fine and sending mail with attachment. But it is only sending communication of initial 1000 rows from 3000 records. how to increase that limit.

Please help me on that. Here is the power bi table given below.
Below is the pivot table of users with number of records and with flow how many they have received.

Row Labels Count of Band Actual sending
chidanand.kb@hcltech.com 120 44
Pitchumani.V@hcltech.com 230 67
s.sharithra@hcltech.com 134 36
sagarhemaranjan.s@hcltech.com 2492 853
Grand Total 2976 1000

The flow image is given below for your reference.
Inside Apply to each below flows are used.

Please help me how can i increase the limit of table rows, so all 2976 records can be communicated through attachment in the mail.
Thanks in advance for you all kind support.

Regards,
Sagar

A Similar question was answered previously in the Power BI forum.  Evidently that is a hard coded limitation when using Power BI integration to pass data to Power Apps, or in this case Power Automate.  There is no way to bypass the limitation directly. The solution is normally to do slicing and filtering in Power BI to limit the number of rows being passed.  Here's a link to the previous question. Re: Overcoming the 1000 rows limit in PowerBI Inte... - Microsoft Fabric Community
