Dear all

I would be highly grateful if anybody has a suggestion on how to solve my issues with a PlannerToExcelToPowerBi Flow.

I use Planner and export to excel every day. Then upload it to a sharepoint  folder. Which is accessed by PowerBi.

In the community, there are some good suggestions to automate this using the Planner connector in PA.

GitHub - ben-howard/Planner-PowerBI-with-PowerAutomate: Contains a PowerAutomate file that takes data from Planner, writes it to Excel, which is then visualised in Power BI

I tried Ben Howards solution, but my MS teams has so many planners. The flow runs for 2+ hours, imports way more data. I specifically want to import only 1 planner into PowerBi using excel. Teams connector definitely wrong for me.

Other solutions, the planner connector does not grab every info. E.g. In Planner I renamed the color labels. Red is Diagnosis.

But planner uses the color names again.

My questions is,

Is there a recommended way of doing this for only one planner? Without teams.
