Hi,
I've been using/adapting this wonderful flow posted here (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Cookbook/Export-Planner-Tasks-to-Excel/td-p/1468746) to export Planner Tasks to an excel spreadsheet.
Unfortunately it is failing at one of the "Get User Profiles" step, which I am very certain it is because one user has since left the organization who used to have task assigned. Is there any way I could make this action still work even if the user profile is not found?
This is where the flow has an error:
Hi @roxy1,
You could add an action after and configure the run after setting for that specific action to use the has failed status.
I would also suggest that you add some logic what should happen if this does failure occurs. Do you want to stop/terminate the flow for example?
Below is an example how to setup configure run after from Sanjaya Pradhan:

Hi @Expiscornovus thank you! I did not realise I could check more than one option when configuring the run after in the following action.
This seems to have done the trick thank you!
