I have this flow below, which send attachments to my colleagues, they receive emails from my email address which is i dont want to,
I want they receive email from a generic email or from no reply email
how to do this please

Your best option is to use a shared mailbox. Next best option is to use the Send an email notification action. Note that the Send an email notification action has limits relating to how many emails can be sent.

the main reason i'm looking for such approach is because time to time i have to fix the connection when specially the user change the password, is their is way to auto fix the connections ?
I don't know of a way to automatically fix a connection
