Flow - Seems to repeat every 5 minutes

Hey Flow Community - I'm not sure what I've done wrong, but flow is running every 5 minutes for all items in my SharePoint list.

Here's my simple (or at least what I thought was simple) flow. Basically I'm updating a column called "PlusSeven" that is calculated to be 7 days to the kickoff date.

Any ideas?

@Specoop,
This is due to updataion of item, flow going into recurrence, Please add some condition before update the item, e.g check coloumn is empty or not.

@Specoop:

The Flow is kicking off again because you are updating the item in the Flow. Since your Flow runs when an item is changed, it starts again.

If the only reason you are using this Flow is to update the PlusSeven2 date column, consider using a calculated column instead.

Dear @Specoop,
See Circles in pic,

you flow trigger when item is created or modified, and in next you modify the item, so eventually when item is updated(modified) flow will trigger. so this process goes into loop when you trigger it. e.g.
- you trigger flow first time --> item update
- flow triggered again because item is update --> in second run item will again modified.
- Third time and so on will same scenario occured, so your flow will triggered again and again.

I have a similar issue. But even before any update the flow runs every 5 mins.

Today i have created a power automate flow and by mistake it got delted and the flow is triggering every 5 min and it is not stopping . Please help me with some tips to solve this issue.

The best thing to do right now is to disable/Stop the Flow. That will prevent new instances from starting.
