[Q] how to create this condition

Hi there, 

I want to create a flow when a new file is added to my sharepoint it will sync to my FTP 

but i also want when a file is modified that it wil sync to my FTP. can i create that into an condition or do i have to create 2 seperated flow's?

    That would be two flows. One for new file created and one for file modified
