I am working with 2-3 Shared Mailboxes and use them to send mails under their names. Because I am not the only one working in these mailboxes I would like for my colleagues to be able to see the mails that were sent from the shared mailboxes. Unfortunately when I use Outlook desktop to send a mail from the shared mailbox it stores the mail in my personal Sent folder.
Therefore I was trying to build a flow that triggers When a new mail arrives (V3), looking in my Sent folder, and using the "From" attribute to filter for the shared mailbox's name. Next action the flow should take the mail and move it to the Sent folder of the shared mailbox, so everybody with access is able to see it.
Quite simple one would think, however the Move email (V2) only lets me move mails within my personal mailbox. There is a field for shared mailboxes, but the way I understand it it can only be used to move mails from shared mailboxes to personal folders, not the other way around.
I looked across the forum but didn't find a matching request, only similar ones. Would be glad if somebody could help 🙂
