Work Orders to Bing Maps via when Excel file modified?

I manage a remote team. I had an idea but I'm not sure if it's possible. If I housed an excel sheet in SharePoint that contained a table for dispatch info. Could I create a flow that when I update the excel sheet, it automatically gathers the data and exports all of it onto a Bing map via email? Basically so I could see where all of the dispatches are. A visual representation.

So the end result would be an email with a map showing all the dispatches.

It might be possible via Power Automate. But personally I would try Power BI first.

I would import the excel file as a dataset and create a Power BI report:

You can also subscribe to Power BI reports via e-mail and sending it as pdf attachment is now even possible:
