Split excel file to multiple csv files based on column value

Hi,

I have already tried multiple solutions found on forum but none works for me.

I have an excel file one OneDrive that contains following table:

ItemValue
11
12
13
21
22
23

I would like to create a flow that filters the table for each Item and saves it as new file named Item.

Desired output would look like this:

File name: "1"

ItemValue
11
12
13

File name: "2"

ItemValue
21
22
23

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @Maniu ,

    I made a template for your reference

    Here is excel:

    Here is flow:

    Take out the "Item" column with Select.

    and then Union will get the "Item" array to remove duplication by deduplication

    Well, thank you for your fast response.

    I did as you wrote, saved the flow, and try to run it but I get that it is unsuccessful.

    Here is re-created template I did. (edit: changed to ENG)

    Hi @Maniu ,

    Can you provide a screenshot of your error message?

    This can effectively guide the location of the problem.

    Best Regards

    Cheng Feng

    From looking at the screenshots, it looks like it might be due to no space in the Filter Query between eq and the single quote.

    eq'

    //should be

    eq '

    Thank you for help!

    @v-chengfen-msft:

    There wasn't any error message except status - failed on the flow screen:

    @grantjenkins:

    I was able to figure that out after checking the flow another time and it didn't help.

    However, today in the morning I just pressed run and it worked.
