Update Date Text every Monday to show the Saturday two weeks from that Monday

Hey PowerApps Community!

So I gotta admit, I'm not a math doctor, so I am stuck on this one, hoping you all can help.

Every Monday I generate schedules for the following week for my team, Sunday through Saturday

Example: Monday 2/12/24 we will generate schedules through Saturday 2/24/24, then Monday 2/19/24 we generate schedules through Saturday 3/2/24, and so on to eternity.

What I'm trying to do is on Mondays, update a text field to show the Saturday that schedules have been generated through.

This way, we can ask "Is this change prior to Saturday 2/24/24?" on a form field as there is a different process for schedules that haven't been generated yet. Everything I've tried so far just gives me whatever date is 2 weeks from the current day but it needs to stay the same all week until Monday when it updates.

If anyone has an idea how I can accomplish this I can finally give up my math doctor dreams.

Hello, if I understood correctly, you want to replicate the power app application to be able to add other things to it and extend its capacity.
To carry out this process you must
1. Exporting the application (with the latest published version) will download a zip,

2. Import this zip into the target environment as a new application.

3. Select zip

Hello @SMHoward, you must carry out this process with power automate.
I give you an idea of what the logic of the program could be like.
Registration for each week
You must create a record every Monday with the schedule and the name of the person assigned to the schedule.

I'm a little confused by your response to be honest. It isn't employee specific, it is time specific. It's a generic field, not attached to anything other than a formula that shows what the date will be 2 Saturdays from this weeks Monday. Just a general date that will apply to everything and everyone. I was hoping to avoid creating a PowerAutomate process just to update a First(blahblah.whatever).text in the sharepoint list situation

Yes, the information is also little.
Power automate is for automating processes, and is an option only if you do not want to participate in creating the schedules.
However, since it is manual,
1. I recommend a form in which you can create new schedules (This means that you will have to create one weekly on the date you like) you assign the dates to the record
2. In the end users' view, place a filter in which you can view only the schedules for that week (matching the date added in the user record)

Not sure you're comprehending what I'm asking. I'm not sure what the multiple schedules etc have to do with this, as I mentioned, this is one date that is on every single form anyone will ever submit, nothing to do with individual schedules.

Pretend today is Monday 2/5/2024.

There is a field with a checkbox that the form submitter can check to indicate if their request is prior to a given Saturday which says:
"☑️ - This date prior to Saturday 2/17/2024"

Then it keeps that date for every form submitted until the date is now the following Monday.

Now pretend that new date is now Monday 2/12/2024.

There is still that same field with a checkbox that the form submitter can check, but since its a new Monday, it now updates and says:
"☑️ - This date prior to Saturday 2/24/2024"

So every Monday, it updates to show a new Saturday as the date being displayed.
