Auto Update Customer/Account data from D365 CRM to BC when user make changes

Hi friends,

 

I am having trouble building this flow. I am trying to make an automation update from CRM to BC if the user makes changes in CRM such as primary contact, address, phone number, etc. But the flow seems no working. Here is my flow:

    Hi @Anonymous ,

     

    Can you please specify the external system BC trace once you make call to it or error you are getting while making call from flow.
