How to set Managers for users in-order to use PowerApps GetManager

I need to know how to set different levels of managers for the staff to use GetManager feature. Any articles or tutorials will be most usefull

In the 2nd link, look at the first known limitation, it talks about how to set up user records and their managers.

Do you want to update office profile's manager?

I'm afraid it's not supported to update office profile's manager in powerapps currently.

You could only update these data of office profile:

Parameters

Name	Key	Required	Type	Description
About Me	aboutMe		string	About Me
Birthday	birthday		date-time	Birthday
Interests	Interests		string	About Me
My Site	mySite		string	My Site
Past Projects	Past Projects		string	About Me
Schools	Schools		string	About Me

What's more, using powershell is also not supported.

You could only update these data:

-Department "<department name>"
-DisplayName "<full user name>"
-FacsimilieTelephoneNumber "<fax number>"
-GivenName "<user first name>"
-Surname "<user last name>"
-Mobile "<mobile phone number>"
-JobTitle "<job title>"
-PreferredLanguage "<language>"
-StreetAddress "<street address>"
-City "<city name>"
-State "<state name>"
-PostalCode "<postal code>"
-Country "<country name>"
-TelephoneNumber "<office phone number>"
-UsageLocation "<2-character country or region code>"

This is the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 (A2) two-letter country or region code.

For now, you could only update manager in azure admin center:

https://aad.portal.azure.com/

(You need to be global admin)

Choose the user that you want to update, click edit in its profile.
