Error with power bi tiles/objects

Hi all!

I am making 3 different APPs using Power BI tiles but I am having different problems:

First APP has 6 power bi objetos - works smooth

Second has over 60 power bi objetos y I am having problems with it, it takes up to 3 minuts to display these objects.

Third thas 28 objets works fine.

The main problem is that I have to have those 3 APPs opened at the same time on a videowall.

When I open them at the same time I get an error face on every single power bi app.

If I open them one after another I they get to display those objets on every APP, but after some minuts, maybe 5minuts, I get the same error face on every power bi tile on all 3 APPs.

Is there any advice I could get over this issue?

Is there any limit number of power bi objets I can use? I couldn't find any guidance within the oficial documentation.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi @sdgss ,

Could you please share more details about your scenario? Would you like to display numerous Power BI tiles in 3 Power Apps and run these Apps in a meantime? What error message have you got from those tiles?

    As per below official doc:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/controls/control-power-bi-tile#performance

It says: "It's not recommended to have more than 3 Power BI tiles loaded at the same time within an app. You can control tile loading and unloading by setting the LoadPowerBIContent property."

So if you would like to run those 3 Apps and display up to 100 Power Bi tiles in a meantime, I’m afraid it is not supported very well in Power Apps. As a workaround, placing those tiles in different screens and load contents while screens are showing would be more recommended.

    1. Set variables in OnVisible of each screen.

     Set(varScreen,1) on Screen1

    2. Use If statement in LoadPowerBIContent properties of Power BI tiles in Screen1

    If(varScreen = 1, true)

    Hope this helps.
