Export To File for Power BI Reports - Shared Views

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport

Hi,

please, anyone had any luck with exporting Shared Views to PDF with Power Automate?

The URL of these Shared Views is as:

https://app.powerbi.com/groups/groupObjectId/reports/reportObjectId?bookmarkGuid=bookmarkGuid&bookmarkUsage=1&ctid=ctid

groupObjectId: 36 character guid -- Specifies the workspace

reportObjectId: 36 character guid -- Specifies the report

bookmarkGuid: 36 character guid -- Specifies the bookmark

ctid:                   36 character guid -- Specifies the item organization ID (optional)

I gave it a shot to test any of these combinations in Power Automate with no luck:

Is there a way to export Shared Views to PDF within Power Automate without having to create Bookmarks?

I am trying to avoid Bookmarks as it would be hard to maintain one Bookmark for each Project (154 and growing).

Thank you!
