Hello everyone,
I am struggling to get solution for two issues that I am facing.
1) I have shared power automate desktop flow with another user as "user" which is deployed on environment. When the user wants see same flow in that environment it is not possible, the environment cannot be chosen in his power automate desktop. I have to provide "Environment Maker" role to that user, only after that user is able see and execute the flow.
Why it is so? It is necessary to provide Environment Maker role for a user who is not owner of any flow. The drawback of the existing mechanism is - when given environment maker access to a user on a particular environment, he is able to create his new flows. I want to avoid this scenario. Users who are expected to only execute the flows should not be able to create pad flows.
2) I want to restrict certain environment to be used for Power Automate Desktop Attended flows. Please note that dataverse may or may not be activated for the environment. Is it possible?
