Hi,

I'm trying the power pages in the trial version, but the pages are frequently stopping working.

Error appears: The website record for this site has been changed or deleted. Review settings in theadmin center.

When I go to the admin, run the portal verifier: La dirección URL de la organización de Dynamics 365 conectada a este portal se ha cambiado.

How can I stop the error from happening?

    Hi @calraiden

Please follow the instructions from the recent thread.

The instructions I have mentioned in the post would help.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi @ragavanrajan

Thanks for the reply, but I think your solution is for sites created in the "power portal", not the "power pages". In the creation screen in the "power pages" there is no option to check the box for data reuse.

I got the same error after creating three websites from template - 2x Customer Self Service and 1x Partner Portal. The websites are all unreachable/unusable.

The website record for this site has been changed or deleted. Review settings in the admin center.

I also get this error when I click the email notification about my Power Pages websites.

    Website not found
Website ... not found. Please check the website ID and try again.

Try going to  https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/resources/portals  and choose the site in question. Run the Site Health checker to see if there are any results to indicate a problem... if/when not, then go back to the maker portal where you saw the message "The website record for this site has been changed or deleted"...do a CTRL+F5 on that page to force a browser refresh w/cache clear...and see if the message has gone away.  If not, you can also go back to the admin portal and in the Site Details section, choose Edit, and change the Site Development Status from whatever it is to something else...Save...then change it back again and Save...then check the maker portal again with the same refresh to see if that clears it up.

I had the same issue and did both of the above steps at the same time, so not sure which exactly fixed it, but I didn't have to recreate the site and I wouldn't have tried that before submitting a support ticket to microsoft.
