I am new to Power Automate.
I have been tasked with sending specific files to certain people each month and I am trying to figure out how to automate the process.
Background: I have to send a report to over 100 people each month, but each report is custom based on the recipient, so there are over 100 individual files that I have to email out. The files are loaded into a shared drive by leadership once a month, but the folder names change every month based on the previous month, ie the July reports are loaded in a folder named "July", etc, and each file has the persons name in the title. I had the idea of creating individual SharePoint folders for each person and uploading the files to their respective folders. Only me and the individual should be able to view their specific report so I will only share their folder with them.
My question is, is there a way to automate this so that when there is a new folder created on our shared drive (ie for August) when leadership loads the new reports, it will automatically upload the files to the specific SharePoint folders based on the name of the file?
