When asking two or more questions simultaneously to the Copilot Studio agent, if one question is related to a knowledge source and the other to a topic action, I only receive a response for the topic action. However, when I check the activity map, both the knowledge source and topic are triggered. Why didn't I receive an answer to the knowledge source-related question?
As far as i noticed, Copilot Studio prioritizes topic actions over knowledge-based responses, which is why you're only receiving the topic response. Even though both the knowledge source and topic are triggered. But i do not have any official documentation to support this theory.
Also Copilot only returns one response per turn by default. It selects one and ignores the other.
May be If the knowledge lookup is slow, the topic action may complete first, causing the knowledge source response to be overwritten.
