Receiving Error Messages When Trying to Save & Create a Copy of the Flow

Hi — I’m receiving the error messages below in my flow. I’ve tried reviewing the flow, saving it, and creating a copy, but the issue persists. It appears this may be happening because the flow hasn’t been triggered in the past 28 days.

Can anyone advise on how to resolve these errors, why they’re occurring, and how to prevent this from happening in the future?

Hi,

Form the error description, it looks like you no longer have required permission on MS form used in the flow.

Please request for form MS from the author and try creating copy of the flow.

Hi,

Test Run Immediately click Test button. Run manually once. Flow Checker updates after successful test. Errors disappear.

Validate to you have access to the particular form.

Flow inactive 28+ days add "Recurrence" trigger Save flow. Flow Checker clears when flow runs actively
