I've been tracking down a similar issue for the past couple days trying to move folders in SharePoint. I got the same error when trying to move folders with a flow. I ended up creating a basic text column on the source and destination site of that "missing" column with no other values or data, just column name. That allowed me to move the folders I was looking to move from both the SharePoint site and a flow.

Thanks for the workaround!  This issue is also affecting the Move To function inside SharePoint.  Has anyone heard back from Microsoft on the purpose of this field and why it started causing issues?
