Open Outlook: Go to the
Hometab and click onRulesin theMovegroup, then selectManage Rules & Alerts. -
Create a New Rule: Click on
New Ruleand selectApply rule on messages I receive. ClickNext. -
Set Conditions: In the "Which condition(s) do you want to check?" section, select
with specific words in the message header. Click onspecific wordsand enterX-MS-Exchange-Inbox-Rules-Loop:xxxx.xxxx@xxxx.xx.xx(replace with the actual email address). ClickAdd, thenOK, andNext. -
Set Actions: In the "What do you want to do with the message?" section, select
move it to the specified folder. Click onspecifiedand choose the folder where you want to move the invites. ClickNext. -
Set Exceptions: If there are any exceptions, specify them in the next step. Otherwise, click
Next. -
Finish Rule Setup: Give your rule a name, check the box for
Run this rule now on messages already in Inboxif you want to apply it to existing messages, and clickFinish.
I have tried the above solution and other variations of the X-MS-Exchange-Inbox-Rules:xxxxx method
I am using Outlook for Microsoft 365, release 2105, build 14026.201.
Any help would be appreciated.
