Delegate Issues

I Hi team,

I have recently become a delegate for my manager on outlook. The purpose for becoming a delegate was only to be able to access, edit and create calendar entries/invites. I was not aware I would also be getting "received for XXX" emails. I have been trying to figure out a rule for automatically moving those to a designated folder for my manager.

I posted on the regular Microsoft forums and requested help and was provided the follow:

  1. Open Outlook: Go to the Home tab and click on Rules in the Move group, then select Manage Rules & Alerts.

  2. Create a New Rule: Click on New Rule and select Apply rule on messages I receive. Click Next.

  3. Set Conditions: In the "Which condition(s) do you want to check?" section, select with specific words in the message header. Click on specific words and enter X-MS-Exchange-Inbox-Rules-Loop:xxxx.xxxx@xxxx.xx.xx (replace with the actual email address). Click Add, then OK, and Next.

  4. Set Actions: In the "What do you want to do with the message?" section, select move it to the specified folder. Click on specified and choose the folder where you want to move the invites. Click Next.

  5. Set Exceptions: If there are any exceptions, specify them in the next step. Otherwise, click Next.

  6. Finish Rule Setup: Give your rule a name, check the box for Run this rule now on messages already in Inbox if you want to apply it to existing messages, and click Finish.

I have tried the above solution and other variations of the X-MS-Exchange-Inbox-Rules:xxxxx method

I am using Outlook for Microsoft 365, release 2105, build 14026.201.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

The forum is dealing with the Power Platform Tech Stack, however the issue is not in the scope of Power Platform.
