Recurrence copy (backup) sharepoint file to another folder and add timestamp

Hi pros,

I am new to Power Automate and want to create an auto daily flow. That will copy (backup) sharepoint file to another archive folder (sharepoint) with timestamp added.

I did try: Recurrence (daily at 10pm) -> Get file content -> Create file... and stuck here. I was trying to add timestamp (flow running date) as suffix, others would expected to be the same: original filename (as prefix), extension.

Please help me with this, thank you all.

    This flow should work for you

    Expressions:

    first(split(item()?['{FilenameWithExtension}'],'.'))

    last(split(item()?['{FilenameWithExtension}'],'.'))
    concat(outputs('Compose_-_FileName'),utcnow(),outputs('Compose_-_Ext'))

    Thank you @SudeepGhatakNZ.

    I followed your flows, but it gave out 100 of files in the destination. I am sorry if my questions is unspecified, I only need to perform daily backup for 1 selected (sharepoint) file.

    Please help again.

    Thank you @SudeepGhatakNZ,

    It still has error in Filter step, not sure why.

    navafolk_0-1718017719616.png

    The error occurred because the 'Filter_array' function is referencing a property that doesn't exist. To fix the error, you should update the 'Filter_array' function to reference the correct property. Double-check the available properties in the 'Get_files_properties_only' function outputs and update the 'Filter_array' function accordingly.
