Hi,

I created flow using Dynamics 365 connector. Now I want every user in the organization should be able to use this flow. How this can be done?

Is this possible to share with some users and not with others.

    Hi @v-xida-msft

If I create a team flow and share with users of my organization they will also become the owner of the flow.I don't want to make them owner.

and within my organization If I want some users can use the flow and some can not.

    Hi @ClintonD,

Do you want to share your flow with some external users?

If you want every user in your Organization to be able to use your flow, you could consider take a try to create a Team flow on your side and share it with other users in your organization or the whole organization.

More details about creating a Team flow in Microsoft Flow, please check the following article:

    Create a Team flow

If you want to share your flow with some external users out of your organization, I afraid that it is not available for external users to use the flow created within your Organization currently. As a alternative workaround, you could consider take a try to create a Guest User Account from your Organization for the external users, then share corresponding flow via Microsoft Flow to this Guest User Account in your organization.

Please check and see if the following thread would help in your scenario:

More details about creating a Guest User account from Organization, please check the following article:

    Best regards,

    Kris
