Form processing - How to improve table recognition

Hi,

I'm trying to get data from invoices but there's trouble recognizing the tables and when it does, not all columns are read. How can I improve the model to get it right? since there is no option to manually input tables. I include an image of said table, for example "Serviço" is ignored and that value is included in the "Descrição" column. And some columns are just not recognized.

Also, in the canvas app, only the first page of a document is shown/analyzed. Is that correct?

    Hi @T1ago,

Thanks for posting the question. Indeed, today there is no option to manually input a table and the AI will do its best to detect an extract tables from the document. Proper alignment and clear separation of rows and columns will make table recognition easier.

Improvements to table detection is one of the areas we are actively working on improving in Form processing, so stay tuned for future product updates in this area.

The Form processor control for canvas app currently displays the first page of the PDF, but under the hood it analyzes all the pages so you can fetch results from other pages in your canvas app.
