I have a flow to loop client no. from Excel, input each client no. in a windows app to print his statement as shown in attached photo.
when testing the flow, initially it can print several statements very well, then this time it stops at line 62, sometimes it stops at line 63, sometimes at line 64.
the error message also say fail to select option/object.
how can I solve it?
Thanks.

It might not have loaded the element yet and that's why the action could not find the option. Add "Wait for window content" before step 62. That wait for window content waits "Menu item print current" -element. That way you make sure the flow does not try to continue before the element is loaded.

Do I have to add "Wait for window content" before line 63 & 64 ?
Or I should always add this action before all "Press button in window", "Populate text field in window", ...
Because they may require the specific UI element in windows to appear  before any action to take.
    Thanks eetoRobo.

Yes I would add "Wait for window content" before both those actions (first will wait for Menu Item 'Option' and second will wait for MenuItem: Print Current).

Yes exactly. You should add "Wait for window content" -action every time new element is on the screen. So I imagine "Press button in window (Button 'Confirm')" -action is only visible after your flow has clicked "Print Current" so flow should wait for the button to load before continuing.

Its always wise to add "Wait for window content" / "Wait for web page content" when you are attempting to press some element that wasn't visible before (it needed to be loaded).

If the "Select menu option in window" -action is still producing issues you might want to change them to Click or Press actions to test if those work better.
