Lookup field in combobox in gallery

Hi all,

I have a gallery and in that I have combobox. To that combobox I want to give items property as a lookup field.

How can I do that?

ThisItem.field_name is not working

hi @Anonymous the Items for a combobox expect a table not a single text. What is it you want to lookup in the gallery as you will now have a combobox for each row. technically you could add Items = [ThisItem.field_name] and it will appear in the drop down but i can't see the practicality thereof.

Can you give more detail on what you want to achieve.

Do you want to populate the Combo Box in the Gallery with a Lookup field?

Could you please tell me more about your Combo Box?

Set the Items property of the Combo Box as below:

Choices(SPListName.lookup)

Set the DefaultSelectedItems property of the Combo Box as below:

ThisItem.lookup
