Hi!

I need to create a flow to:

Using MS Form submission as a trigger > Attach PDF (located on SharePoint) based on Form Response to email> Send email to Form Submitter.

Thanks for the help!

    Hi @Anonymous

Please have a look at this post

    Hi @abm

Thank you for your response, but I'm not seeing it in the thread.

Just to clarify, I am using this internally for training and FAQs. If an employee submits a form for a certain frequent topic I want their response to automate the sending of a specific pdf that would help answer their question.

They would submit a form like an inquiry.

Then if it is a frequent request that we have one educational materials for they would select that within the form and power automate would send them the document to support their question.

    Does that make sense?

    Hi @Anonymous

Believe from the Form response you should be able to check by an IF condition to determine what type of query is related to?

    Thanks

    Hi @Anonymous ,

You could refer to screenshot below to create the flow to send the email with attachment from the uploaded files in the form response:

    https://www.bythedevs.com/post/working-with-files-on-ms-forms-group-form-in-ms-power-automate

And you could choose the Responders' Email dynamic content from the get response details action and insert it to the "To" field of the "Send an email" action.

Please take a try and let me know if you have any problems.

    Best regards,

    Alice
