Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Good morning,

I haven't been working with Power App and flows for that long, but I've already watched a few courses and videos.
I have already roughly achieved what I want, but it seems very laborious to me and I think there is an easier way that will save me a lot of work.

I built a Power App in which I query text fields as a form, as well as interdependent drop downs and checkboxes.
Then I created a Onenote notebook in our Teams channel. My goal now is to pass all form entries (currently there are still a few to test) to a flow and then create them as a new page in my notebook as an HTML page.

My way for now:

I create a power app with following Source in a button

the i create a flow:

then I added the flow to the app

Since there will be a lot of values from different queries,
I would like to know whether I can somehow initially query all the values,
without having to pass them individually in the button code and without having to initialize them all individually in the flow.
I can't find anything relevant here in the forum
