Salesforce/Outlook Calendar Flows

Hi this is Maria! We are interested in better links between Outlook calendar and Salesforce. Our need is for Outlook calendar events to automatically generate a Salesforce calendar event (in a desginated public calendar), and vice versa. Any suggestions on how we can make the below flows work or on a better way to link the two?

So far we have tried to create two different flows:

(1) Outlook calendar to Salesforce calendar by "When a new event is created -> Create object, Apply to each"

AND

(2) Salesforce calendar to Outlook calendar by "When an object is created -> Create event"

We created both flows from scratch. The SFDC -> Outlook flow created an event in my Outlook calendar, but it did not work when we sent events from a public Salesforce calendar (only on my personal SF calendar). We couldn't get the Outlook -> SFDC flow to work even though the flow was exactly the same as SFDC -> Outlook but reversed.

This is an image of what our current flows look like:Screen Shot 2017-02-06 at 12.13.21 PM.png

Thanks

    Hi @Anonymous,

    Thanks for reporting this.

Currenlty I am not able to create the Salesforce testing account.

Would you please share the configuration details and the running errors for your second flow (Salesforce calendar to Outlook calendar by "When an object is created -> Create event")?

    Regards

    Hi @Anonymous,

    Apologize for the late response.

We could follow the article below to check the Flow run details:

    Hi,

Can you please re-post the link. it's not working

Would like to see the flow you created.

And what i'm trying to do is create an event in book.ms and after that it will create in salesforce as an event but before that it will check if the user exsit in salesforce or not
1- if the user exsit in salesforce then create the event

2- if the user doesn't exist in salesforce then create the user and create the event.

    Thanks

    David
