MS Forms to Sharepoint List

(0) ShareShare

I am trying to create a simple flow to take a response from a form -

- send email to respondent from shared mailbox (working)

- send email (working)

- create item in sharepoint list (not working)

i have checked my connections and that both the form and the list are correct. I cannot see any reason why this is failing

    Hi @emcroghe :

Your problem is that you need to add a "Obtain elements for sharepoint list" before "Add elements to sharepoint list"!

Also, with the "Obtain elements for sharepoint list" you can create a query filter to filter some columns/rows of your sharepoint list.

I desire that I cleared your doubts.

    BR,

this is not an option in actions or triggers. I have seen other peoples flow work fine with the data available through dynamic content.

    Hi!

Yes, yes, the correct action is "Obtain elements", sorry!  Please, see attached below:

There's a guide that explains how to Connect Microsoft Forms to SharePoint using Power Automate. Please compare your current workflow with the guide to ensure everything is set up correctly.
