With the information you share, yes it could be done but I suggest this solution.
Execute a flow scheduled on a daily basis as a trigger.
Then in the action (I understand you may be using SharePoint or Dataverse), you need to get all the items and filter by the Stardate column matching it to today's date.
Depending on whether you're using Dataverse or SharePoint, you need to construct the expression one way or another
